2. The deliforge.com Website
No cookies, no tracking. The Website does not use cookies, localStorage, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party fonts and scripts. All resources are served from our own server. That is why there is no cookie consent banner.
Server logs. For each request the server records: IP address, date and time, requested URL, response code, referrer and browser identifier. Purpose: security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.
E-mail contact. If you write to us, we process your address and the content of your message to reply and, where applicable, to conclude or perform an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) — for the duration of the correspondence and then until claims become time-barred.
Customers. Data of persons representing Customers (name, e-mail, company details) is processed to conclude and perform the licence agreement, for invoicing (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR) and to pursue claims (point (f)) — for the term of the agreement and the period required by tax law.
3. The Deli application
The Deli application runs on the User’s own computer or server. It does not send any data to us — there is no telemetry, analytics or connection to DeliForge servers. We have no access to repositories, issues, tokens, application user accounts or work content.
The application connects to services configured by the User: Jira, GitLab/GitHub and Claude (Anthropic) via Claude Code. Data sent to Claude includes issue content and comments (which may contain personal data), documentation excerpts and code. The User or their organisation is the controller of that data, and its processing by those providers is governed by the agreements the User has with them. The User is responsible for having a legal basis for such transfers.
The application image is pulled from GitHub Container Registry (GitHub, Inc.) — GitHub’s privacy policy applies to the download.
4. Recipients
Website data is processed on our behalf by the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (server in Finland, EU) and our e-mail provider. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, do not sell it and do not profile you. We may disclose data to authorities entitled to it by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or your local supervisory authority. Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.
6. Changes
We update this policy when the way we process data changes. The current version with its date is always available on this page.
